The customer service rep (Bailey) responded quickly, kindly, and efficiently and got a team member scheduled to come out to my home same-day to help me with my issue. Joe J. is the tech who came out to figure out the issue - he did a great job of explaining what he found in a way I could understand and was kind/helpful in general.
